Kwinana Town Centre, Western Australia

Kwinana Town Centre, is the central suburb of the town of Kwinana in the outer southern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia.

The suburb comprises three large city blocks and has no residential dwellings, instead, it houses the 'Kwinana Hub' shopping centre, the Kwinana Recreation centre, Kwinana Aquatic Centre, the Kwinana Police Station and the Town of Kwinana Council Chambers, adjacent to the Council Chambers is the Koorliny Arts Centre which also houses the group known as the "Kwinana Theatre Workshop" where amateur theatre productions are performed in front of audiences. The Kwinana Theatre Workshop is a not for profit group where actors are not paid for their performances. One block of land is occupied only by natural bushland.
